Price. As displayed on the plan page (https://kasasa.jp/pricing). Displayed prices are the total amount payable, inclusive of consumption tax.

Additional costs. Internet and telecommunications charges are borne by the customer. No other fees apply unless separately disclosed.

Payment method. Credit card, processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store card numbers.

Payment timing. Monthly plans are charged on completion of signup and automatically renew and charge on the same date each month. Annual plans do the same on a yearly cycle. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Service delivery. Immediately upon completion of payment.

Offer validity. Within the period displayed on the checkout screen. If it expires, please start again.

Cancellation and refunds. As a digital service, no refunds are available once access begins. You may cancel at any time from Manage billing in the dashboard. After cancelling, access continues through the end of the period already paid for; no pro-rata refund is given. No further charges are made. If the service was unavailable due to our fault, we will address it individually.

System requirements. Latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Internet connection required; JavaScript and cookies must be enabled. Chat features require a LINE, Slack, WhatsApp, or Telegram account. Calendar features (optional) require a Google account. Available in Japanese and English.

Usage limits. Each plan has a monthly receipt limit and other conditions, described on the plan page.

Response time. We aim to respond to enquiries within 3 business days.
